each of your violations. If you have more than one case, you will have

Am I

Under the provisions of Arizona Revised Statute 28-3392, you are
eligible to attend the Defensive Driving Course if:
A. You have not attended a Defensive Driving Course within the past two
years, violation date to violation date, and
B. You have received a civil traffic moving violation

How do I
file a Small Claims case on-line?
Pima County Justice Courts provides a way to file a Small Claims case
on line called "eFiling". Click on this link for more information on: eFiling.
Once you have accessed this page, click on the "INFO" button and you
will be provided with more instructions on how to proceed. You will
type your personal information, the defendant's information and a short
statement of your claim. After the system processes the filing fee, you
will be instructed to print information to keep for your records and
the case-filing process will be complete. A Small Claims case is for
amounts $0.01 - $2,500.00 and there are no Appeals in Arizona in Small
Claims cases. Requests for higher claim amounts must be filed as a
Regular Civil case. Please refer to "Civil Filing Fees" link to determine appropriate
filing fee.

information regarding the Defendant(s) and your claim with you. Ask the staff
member for a Small Claims form and Information packet. Read the
Information packet materials thoroughly and then fill out the Summons
and Complaint form. Once you are ready to file the Complaint, take a
number from the machine on the wall and wait to be called to the next
available teller. A Small Claims case is for amounts $0.01 - $2,500.00
and there are no Appeals in Arizona in Small Claims cases. Requests for
higher claim amounts must be filed as a Regular Civil case.

types of cases must be filed in person or the completed paperwork and
filing fee can be sent to the Court through the mail. When filing in
person, come to Pima County Justice Courts located at 110 S Church
Ave.,Bldg. 8,La Placita Plaza, Tucson, Arizona. Be sure you have all
the information regarding the Defendant(s) and your claim with you.
Ask the staff member for Civil case Complaint form. Read the Information packet materials
thoroughly and then fill out the Summons and Complaint form. Once you
are ready to file the Complaint, take a number from the machine on the
wall and wait to be called to the next available teller.
In a Civil Complaint, you can sue
for amounts between $0.01 - $10,000.00. Regular Civil cases are processed according
to the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and Appeals are allowed.

WARNING:
The garnishment procedure is extremely complicated and is set by
Arizona Revised Statutes, sections 12-1570 through 12-1604. Before you
begin the process, PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS by consulting an attorney.
When filing in person, come to Pima County Justice Courts located at
110 S Church Ave.,Bldg. 8, La Placita Plaza, Tucson, Arizona. Be sure
you have all the information regarding the Garnishee (employer) and
your case number with you. Ask the staff member for the Garnishment Packet
for earnings. Read the instructions thoroughly and fill out the packet
completely. You must have completed your paperwork in order to file
them and get the Writ of Garnishment issued by the clerk. When you are ready to
file the Garnishment papers, take a number from the machine on the wall
and wait to be called to the next available teller. Please refer to
"Civil Filing Fees" link to determine appropriate filing fee. The Garnishment
papers will need to be served on the Garnishee (employer) by a Constable or Private Process
Server who charge a fee for their service. You are responsible for
making the arrangements to have the Garnishment papers served.
